目的 观察病理性疼痛情况下大鼠背根神经节中交感发芽对卫星胶质细胞上谷氨酸转运体(GLT-1及GLAST)的影响.方法 SD大鼠21只随机分为3组(每组7只):L5脊神经结扎(SNL)组、SNL假手术组、SNL后7d时行交感神经切断组.分别记录大鼠疼痛机械阈值及热阈值变化,描绘出疼痛行为学变化曲线,通过免疫组织化学方法(DAB法)观察相对应的L5背根神经节中交感发芽和GLT-1/GLAST的变化.光镜观察拍片,并用图像分析软件分别进行测定.结果 SNL病理性疼痛模型大鼠与正常大鼠相比,随着痛阈降低及交感发芽增多,谷氨酸转运体含量减少(P<0.05);交感神经切断大鼠与SNL病理性疼痛模型大鼠相比,随着痛阈升高及交感神经发芽减少,谷氨酸转运体含量增多(P<0.05).结论 病理性疼痛情况下,大鼠背根神经节内交感神经发芽,可影响背根神经节中谷氨酸转运体含量的变化.

목적 관찰병이성동통정황하대서배근신경절중교감발아대위성효질세포상곡안산전운체(GLT-1급GLAST)적영향.방법 SD대서21지수궤분위3조(매조7지):L5척신경결찰(SNL)조、SNL가수술조、SNL후7d시행교감신경절단조.분별기록대서동통궤계역치급열역치변화,묘회출동통행위학변화곡선,통과면역조직화학방법(DAB법)관찰상대응적L5배근신경절중교감발아화GLT-1/GLAST적변화.광경관찰박편,병용도상분석연건분별진행측정.결과 SNL병이성동통모형대서여정상대서상비,수착통역강저급교감발아증다,곡안산전운체함량감소(P<0.05);교감신경절단대서여SNL병이성동통모형대서상비,수착통역승고급교감신경발아감소,곡안산전운체함량증다(P<0.05).결론 병이성동통정황하,대서배근신경절내교감신경발아,가영향배근신경절중곡안산전운체함량적변화.
Objective To observe the effects of sympathetic sprouting on the expression of glutamate transporters (GLT-1 and GLAST) in rat dorsal root ganglion during pathological pain condition.Methods Twenty-one SD rats were divided into three groups (7 cases in each group),SNL sham group,SNL pathological pain model group,sympathectomy after 7 days of SNL group.Mechanical threshold and thermal threshold changes of pain were recorded respectively.The histological changes of pain behavior curve were depicted.Corresponding sympathetic sprouting and glutamate transporters changes in L5 dorsal root ganglion were observed by immunohistochemical method.Light microscope and microscope photo analytic software were employed to detect the percentage of TH and GLT-1/GLAST positive cells.Results Compared with rats in sham group,glutamate transporters were increased in SNL model rats with pain threshold reduced and the sympathetic sprouting increased;compared with the SNL model rats,glutamate transporters were increased in sympathectomy model rats with pain threshold increased and the sympathetic sprouting decreased (P<0.05).Conclusion There are some effects of sympathetic nerve sprouting on the changes of glutamate transporter in rat dorsal root ganglion during pathological pain condition.
