目的 观察针刀联合医用三氧和玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效.方法 膝骨关节炎患者60例随机均分为A、B两组,每组30例.两组患者先行40 μg/ml的医用三氧关节腔注射,15 ml/次,1次/周,共注射3次.结束后A组行膝关节针刀治疗每次2～3个痛点,同时玻璃酸钠关节内注射每次25 mg,1次/周,共2次;B组行玻璃酸钠关节腔注射,剂量次数同A组.记录治疗前及治疗后各设计时点的疼痛VAS评分和膝关节骨性关节炎指数(WOMAC,李克特版)评分.结果 治疗后两组VAS评分及WOMAC评分均明显降低(P＜0.05),降低幅度A组大于B组(P＜0.05),VAS评分与WOMAC疼痛评分具有较高相关性.结论 针刀联合医用三氧和玻璃酸钠注射治疗膝骨关节炎可明显减轻患者膝关节疼痛、改善膝关节功能,效果优于医用三氧联合玻璃酸钠治疗.

목적 관찰침도연합의용삼양화파리산납관절강주사치료슬골관절염적료효.방법 슬골관절염환자60례수궤균분위A、B량조,매조30례.량조환자선행40 μg/ml적의용삼양관절강주사,15 ml/차,1차/주,공주사3차.결속후A조행슬관절침도치료매차2～3개통점,동시파리산납관절내주사매차25 mg,1차/주,공2차;B조행파리산납관절강주사,제량차수동A조.기록치료전급치료후각설계시점적동통VAS평분화슬관절골성관절염지수(WOMAC,리극특판)평분.결과 치료후량조VAS평분급WOMAC평분균명현강저(P＜0.05),강저폭도A조대우B조(P＜0.05),VAS평분여WOMAC동통평분구유교고상관성.결론 침도연합의용삼양화파리산납주사치료슬골관절염가명현감경환자슬관절동통、개선슬관절공능,효과우우의용삼양연합파리산납치료.
Objective To observe the effectiveness of acupotomy combined with medical ozone and sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods Sixty patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into group A and B,30 cases in each group.All patients received 40 μg/ml medical ozone intra-articular injection first,15 ml each time,once per week,and a total of three times.And then 2-3 points around the knee joint were chosen for acupotomy and hyaluronate 25 mg intra-articular injection in the same time,once per week,a total of 2 times in group A;patients in group B received hyaluronate 25 mg intra-articular injection only,once per week,a total of 2 times.VAS and the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Arthritis Index-Likert version (WOMAC) in all patients were recorded before and after the treatment.Results VAS,WOMAC score both decreased after the treatment (P＜0.05);the decreased range in group A was larger than that in group B.VAS was correlated closely with WOMAC pain score.Conclusion The acupotomy combined with medical ozone and sodium hyaluronate injection for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis can obviously relieve patients' pain and improve the function of knee joint,with better effect than ozone combined with sodium hyaluronate.
