目的探讨椎间孔镜下TESSYS技术治疗伴有钙化的腰椎间盘突出症的疗效.方法应用椎间孔镜TESSYS技术治疗伴有钙化的腰椎间盘突出症患者21例,随访时间6个月.比较术前及术后即刻、3d、1个月、3个月、6个月的视觉模拟评分(VAS)、日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI),末次随访采用改良MacNab标准进行疗效评定.结果与术前相比,术后各时点VAS、Oswestry评分降低,JOA评分升高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);术后6个月较术后其他时点,VAS、Oswestry降低,JOA评分升高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);MacNab评定优良率为90.5％(19/21例).结论经皮椎间孔镜下TESSYS技术治疗伴钙化的腰椎间盘突出症效果好,且术后6个月时效果更好.

Objective To investigate the efficacy of transforaminal endoscopic spine system (TESSYS) in the treatment of patients with calcified lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods Twenty-one patients with calcified lumbar disc herniation were enrolled in this study and treated with TESSYS.All patients were followed-up 6 months.VAS,JOA,Oswestry disability index (ODI) were measured in preoperation,postoperative instantly,and at 3 days,1 month,3 months and 6 months after the operation,and modified MacNab criteria was assessed at 6 months postoperatively.Results VAS and Oswestry scores were significantly lower,JOA score was higher at each time point after the operation (P ＜ 0.05);and there were significant differences in VAS,Oswestry scores and JOA score between 6 months and other time points (P ＜ 0.05);the excellent and good rate was 90.5％(19/21 cases).Conclusion Transforaminal endoscopic spine system (TESSYS) is effective in the treatment of patients with calcified lumbar disc herniation,with a better efficacy at 6 months after the operation.
