目的：探讨中暑的诊断、治疗新概念及相关 Meta 分析。方法：参阅国内外73篇文献，进行2次统计分析，分析发病机制、诊断标准及治疗3方面新理论、新进展。结果：分析中暑5个条件及5种治疗方法统计学对比。OR=2.44，95% CI(1.18，4.26)，P=0.61。结论：诊断以病史为中心，排除诊断为方法，综合治疗为措施是新的理念。

목적：탐토중서적진단、치료신개념급상관 Meta 분석。방법：삼열국내외73편문헌，진행2차통계분석，분석발병궤제、진단표준급치료3방면신이론、신진전。결과：분석중서5개조건급5충치료방법통계학대비。OR=2.44，95% CI(1.18，4.26)，P=0.61。결론：진단이병사위중심，배제진단위방법，종합치료위조시시신적이념。
Objective:To investigate the diagnosis,new treatment concept and related meta analysis on heatstroke.Methods:We refer to 73 articles from both home and abroad,for second statistical analysis,in order to analysis of new theories and new developments in pathogenesis,diagnostic criteria and treatment.Results:Analysis of 5 conditions that can cause heatstroke,and compared 5 kinds of treatment methods.OR=2.44,95% CI(1.18,4.26),P=0.61.Conclusion:The new treatment concept is taken medical history as the center and differential diagnosis as the method in the diagnosis of this disease,and given comprehensive treatment on patients.
