目的:探讨在保证影像诊断质量的前提下,降低子宫输卵管造影(HSG)受检者辐射剂量(ESD)的方法。方法:A 组:HSG 检查64例次,应用 TLD 测量透视参数分别为 Normal 和 Low Dose;B 组:缩短透视时间行 HSG 检查105例次。结果:A组不同透视参数下透视管电流、ESD差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A、B两组透视时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:短透视时间可以在保证影像诊断质量的前提下降低HSG受检者ESD。

목적:탐토재보증영상진단질량적전제하,강저자궁수란관조영(HSG)수검자복사제량(ESD)적방법。방법:A 조:HSG 검사64례차,응용 TLD 측량투시삼수분별위 Normal 화 Low Dose;B 조:축단투시시간행 HSG 검사105례차。결과:A조불동투시삼수하투시관전류、ESD차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);A、B량조투시시간차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:단투시시간가이재보증영상진단질량적전제하강저HSG수검자ESD。
Objective:To investigate the method of reducing the ESD of HSG under the premise of ensuring the quality of imaging diagnosis.Methods:A group:64 cases were examined by HSG,and the X-ray parameters were Low Dose and Normal;B group:105 cases were examined by HSG but shortening the time of X-ray.Results:There were significant differences in X-ray tube current, ESD(P<0.05) in A group,and there were significant differences in the time of the two groups of A and B(P<0.05).Conclusion:Short X-ray time can reduce the ESD of the HSG under the premise of ensuring the quality of imaging diagnosis.
