为了抑制移动通信基站CDM800MHz上行频段噪声,设计了一款高抑制性能的同轴腔体带通滤波器.该滤波器采用交叉耦合结构、带外产生零点来实现带外的高抑制性能,设计过程采用HFSS和软件AWR的协同仿真.设计主要参数为:中心频率875MHz,插入损耗<0.25dB,带外抑制<-80dB@825~835MHz,回波损耗>-20dB.仿真设计结果表明:设计滤波器满足指标要求.利用Matlab仿真验证了其高抑制性能的有效性.

In order to suppress the uplink noise of the mobile communication base station in CDMA800M networks ,a coaxial cavity band pass filter with high suppression performance is designed . The high suppression performance out of the band is achieved by using the cross coupling structure in the filter and producing zero point .Both HFSS and AWR are used for coordination simulation .The major parameters of the filter are as follow s :the center frequency is 875 M Hz ,the insertion loss is below 0 .25 dB ,the out-of-band rejection is below -80dB@ 825~835 M Hz and the return loss is above -20 dB .T he simulation results show that the coaxial cavity band pass filter can meet the requirements .Finally , Matlab is also used to verify the effectiveness of its high suppression performance .
