本文基于流体力学软件Fluent ,通过模拟9.5%的甲烷‐空气混合气体在柱形容器内的燃爆与泄爆过程,分析了不同泄爆口位置以及不同泄爆口数量等因素对泄爆过程的影响。结果表明:泄爆过程中普遍存在二次压力峰值现象,泄爆口越远离点火位置,二次压力峰值到达时间越长,峰值压力持续时间越长,压力泄放越慢;等截面积条件下,增加泄爆口数量能在一定程度上加快容器内的压力泄放。

Based on FLUENT‐the fluid dynamics software ,a simulated experiment about the explosion and explosion venting of 9 .5 Ch4‐air mixture in a cylindrical container is set to analyze the influence of different locations and numbers of venting ports to the pressure decreasing of the container during the venting progress .The results show that :the “two pressure peaks” phenomenon is common in the venting progress .The further the vent is away from the ignition position ,the longer of the arrival time of the twice pressure peak and the last time of the peak and thus the slower of the pressure venting progress . Additionally ,at the condition of equal venting square ,the increasing of the number of vents can be helpful for the pressure venting progress to a certain extent .
