为了达到分析陕西省文化产业投融资效率的目的，采用多元线性回归分析法及数据包络分析法，得到了投融资效率的情况。结果表明：陕西省文化产业投融资能力欠缺，且没有达到规模报酬不变的结果。陕西省应该在加大对文化产业的投资力度的同时，采取措施提高陕西省文化产业投融资的效率。

The multiple linear regression analysis and data envelopment analysis methods are used to analyze the investment and financing efficiency of the cultural industry in Shaanxi Province .T he results show that Shaanxi Province lacks the investment and financing capacity in the cultural industry and has not achieved the constant returns to scale .Shaanxi province should increase the investment in the cultural industry , and take measures to improve the investment and financing efficiency of cultural industry .
