目的：观察复方玄驹胶囊治疗60例前列腺炎并性功能障碍患者的疗效，并探究其临床适用性。方法：选择120例Ⅲ型前列腺炎并性功能障碍患者作为研究对象，分为研究组和对照组各60例。对照组患者采用口服左氧氟沙星胶囊进行治疗，研究组患者在对照组的基础上给予复方玄驹胶囊进行治疗。观察治疗前后两组患者 NIH －CPSI、ⅡEF －5、SAS 评分；并比较两组患者治疗后勃起功能、不良反应及临床疗效。结果：治疗前，两组患者的 NIH －CPSI、ⅡEF －5、SAS 指标基本相符，差异均无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）；治疗后，研究组患者的 NIH －CPSI、ⅡEF －5、SAS 指标均优于对照组，两组比较，差异均具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；研究组患者治疗后的勃起功能以及总有效率均显著优于对照组，两组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：复方玄驹胶囊在治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎并性功能障碍患者的效果显著，可以明显改善患者的勃起功能，减少患者的焦虑感，安全可靠，值得临床推广应用。
목적：관찰복방현구효낭치료60례전렬선염병성공능장애환자적료효，병탐구기림상괄용성。방법：선택120례Ⅲ형전렬선염병성공능장애환자작위연구대상，분위연구조화대조조각60례。대조조환자채용구복좌양불사성효낭진행치료，연구조환자재대조조적기출상급여복방현구효낭진행치료。관찰치료전후량조환자 NIH －CPSI、ⅡEF －5、SAS 평분；병비교량조환자치료후발기공능、불량반응급림상료효。결과：치료전，량조환자적 NIH －CPSI、ⅡEF －5、SAS 지표기본상부，차이균무통계학의의（P ＞0.05）；치료후，연구조환자적 NIH －CPSI、ⅡEF －5、SAS 지표균우우대조조，량조비교，차이균구유통계학의의（P ＜0.05）；연구조환자치료후적발기공능이급총유효솔균현저우우대조조，량조비교，차이구유통계학의의（P ＜0.05）。결론：복방현구효낭재치료Ⅲ형전렬선염병성공능장애환자적효과현저，가이명현개선환자적발기공능，감소환자적초필감，안전가고，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of 60 cases patients of prostatitis and sexual dysfunction with compound Xuanju capsules,and to explore its clinical applicability.Methods Select 120 cases of type Ⅲ prostatitis and sexual dysfunction patients, they were divided into the study group and control group,the control group were treated with oral Levofloxacin capsule treatment,the study group were given compound Xuanju capsules for treatment.Compared and observed before and after treatment NIH -CPSI,ⅡEF -5,SAS score;erectile function,adverse reactions and clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results After treatment,the two groups of patients with NIH -CPSI,ⅡEF -5,SAS were improved compared with before treatment;the NIH -CPSI,ⅡEF -5, SAS index of the study group were better than the control group,the difference were statistically significant (P <0.05);Erectile function and the total effective rate of the study group were significantly better than the control group,the difference were statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Compound XuanJu capsule in the treatment of type Ⅲ prostatitis and sexual dysfunction in pa-tients has obvious effect,it can better improve erectile function,and it is suitable for clinical application for a long time.
