目的评价透明质酸钠注射对唇部填充的临床疗效。方法对14例患者行透明质酸钠唇部(唇弓、唇珠、人中嵴)美学单位注射。术后与术前照片对比，根据改善程度行等级评分，计算有效率。结果14例术后最长随访时间6~12个月，1w有效率100%，3个月有效率85.7%，6个月有效率42.9%，未见不良并发症。结论透明质酸钠注射填充是恢复唇部容积和塑造唇部形态的良好方法。

목적평개투명질산납주사대진부전충적림상료효。방법대14례환자행투명질산납진부(진궁、진주、인중척)미학단위주사。술후여술전조편대비，근거개선정도행등급평분，계산유효솔。결과14례술후최장수방시간6~12개월，1w유효솔100%，3개월유효솔85.7%，6개월유효솔42.9%，미견불량병발증。결론투명질산납주사전충시회복진부용적화소조진부형태적량호방법。
Objective To evaluate the clinical ef ects of hyaluronic acid in lip augmentation. Methods Hyaluronic acid was injected into aesthetics units (labial arch, vermilion tubercle and/or philtrum column) of lip for 14 patients. Comparing pre- and post-injected images, aesthetic improvement scale and ef ective rate were measured. Results The technique was used successful y in 14 patients. Within 6~12 months fol ow up, the ef ective rate were 100%, 85.7%and 42.9 in 1 week, 3 month and 6 month post-injected respectively. No complications were observed. Conclusion Injection of hyaluronic acid is a feasible method in lip augmentation.
