Osmanthus fragrans%leaf%petal%mineral element%correlation
矿质元素是动植物生长发育所必需的元素,为进一步开发富矿质元素、更具食品保健价值和园林应用价值的桂花新品种,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪( ICP-MS)测定了11个桂花品种花瓣与叶片中的钙、镁、铝、锌、铜、铁、砷、铅元素含量,分析了花瓣与叶片中矿质元素的相关性。结果表明:11个桂花品种花叶中重金属元素砷和铅元素积累量未检出,有益矿质元素含量均较高;叶片中主要有益元素钙、锌、铁元素含量最高的分别为速生金桂、苏州浅橙、红桂;花瓣中主要有益元素钙、锌元素含量最高的为白洁,铁元素含量最高的是苏州浅橙;叶片中的铁元素与花瓣中的铁元素呈极显著正相关,叶片中的锌、铜元素均与花瓣中的镁元素呈显著正相关,叶片中的镁元素与花瓣中的铜元素呈显著负相关。
礦質元素是動植物生長髮育所必需的元素,為進一步開髮富礦質元素、更具食品保健價值和園林應用價值的桂花新品種,用電感耦閤等離子體髮射光譜儀( ICP-MS)測定瞭11箇桂花品種花瓣與葉片中的鈣、鎂、鋁、鋅、銅、鐵、砷、鉛元素含量,分析瞭花瓣與葉片中礦質元素的相關性。結果錶明:11箇桂花品種花葉中重金屬元素砷和鉛元素積纍量未檢齣,有益礦質元素含量均較高;葉片中主要有益元素鈣、鋅、鐵元素含量最高的分彆為速生金桂、囌州淺橙、紅桂;花瓣中主要有益元素鈣、鋅元素含量最高的為白潔,鐵元素含量最高的是囌州淺橙;葉片中的鐵元素與花瓣中的鐵元素呈極顯著正相關,葉片中的鋅、銅元素均與花瓣中的鎂元素呈顯著正相關,葉片中的鎂元素與花瓣中的銅元素呈顯著負相關。

Mineral elements are essential for plant growth.In order to develop the new Osmanthus fragrans culti-vars with rich mineral elements, more health value and ornamental value, the mineral elements such as calcium, magnesium, aluminum, zinc, copper, iron, arsenic, lead in petals and leaves 11 O.fragrans cultivars were analyzed by using inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometry ( ICP-MS) .The correlation of mineral elements in leaves and petals were also analyzed .The results showed that there were no heavy metals of arsenic and lead.The amounts of healthy elements were high, and the highest amounts of calcium, zinc , copper in leaves took place in‘Susheng Jingui’, ‘Suzhou qiancheng’, ‘Honggui’, that of calcium, zinc in petals was ‘Bai-jie ’ , and that of iron in petals was ‘Suzhou Qiancheng ’ .Iron element in leaves and petals had a very significant positive correlation.Zinc, copper elements in leaves positively correlated with magnesium element in petals.Mag-nesium in leaves negatively correlated with copper element in petals.
