采用先溶剂提取后,再用水蒸气蒸馏提取南亚松针叶挥发性次生代谢产物,通过GC、 GC-MS联用仪分析其化学组分,各个化学组分的相对含量计算采用面积归一化法,研究南亚松针叶的挥发性物质化学成分。结果表明,南亚松针叶次生代谢产物共得到64个组分,鉴定出29个组分,占色谱出峰面积的95.52%。其中主要成分有:石竹烯44.07%、Δ-吉马烯16.87%、α-石竹烯8.12%、3-蒈烯8.04%、α-蒎烯4.14%。主要成分中单萜8种,含量占16.85%;倍半萜10种,含量占75.49%。

The volatile metabolites were derived from pine needles of Pinus latteri by solvent extraction followed by steam-distillation .The compositions were analyzed and identified by gas chromatography ( GC) and gas chromatog-raphy/mass spectrometry ( GC/MS) .The relative content was determined by area normalization .64 components were detected and 29 of them were identified.These 29 components amounted totally to 95.52 %of the total peak area.The major components of the volatile metabolites were Caryophyllene (44.07%), Δ-Germacrene (16.87%),α-Caryophyllene (8.12 %), 3-Carene (8.04 %), α-Pinene (4.14 %).There were 8 monoterpenes and 10 sesquiterpenes , which amounted 16.85 %and 75.49 %of total compound respectively .
