采用吲哚丁酸(IBA)处理不同年龄母株(54年、10年和2年)、不同位置及不同叶片数量的油橄榄插穗,研究不同插穗类型与不同生根剂处理时间对油橄榄扦插生根的影响。结果表明:油橄榄顶梢插穗扦插育苗受年龄效应及位置效应的影响,随着母树年龄的增加扦插生根率逐渐降低,树冠下部枝条生根率高于上部。54年生树龄萌条的插穗生根率不受年龄效应的影响,但其萌条中段生根率高于上段和下段,为75.0%。留1对完整叶片的插穗生根效果最佳;浓度为1000 mg/L IBA溶液的最佳处理时间为11.8646 s。

The Olea europaea cuttings with different ages of mother plants (54 years, 10 years and 2 years) , po-sition and leaf numbers were treated by IBA to study the influence of cutting type and treatment time on cutting roo-ting .The results showed that the seedlings using the cuttings from the top of the branch were influenced by age and position , the rooting rate gradually decreased with the increase of the age of mother plants, and the rooting rate of branches from lower canopy is higher than that from upper branches .The rooting rate of cuttings from 54-year-old mother plant was not affected by ages , while the rooting rate of cuttings from middle part is 75.0 %, which was higher than that from upper and the bottom parts.The cuttings that keep a pair of leaves had the best rooting effect, and the best treatment time using 1 000 mg/L of IBA was 11.864 6 s.
