目的观察维持性血液透析(MHD)患者颈动脉粥样硬化与钙化情况，来说明血液透析患者是否必须降血脂治疗；方法选择我院60例维持性血液透析患者，随机平均分为两组，一组给予降血脂治疗，一组不用任何降血脂的药物，同时应用高分辨彩色B超测患者颈动脉内中膜厚度及斑块的大小，同时检查患者空腹血脂情况，观察降血脂治疗在MHD患者中的疗效；结果观察组颈动脉粥样硬化与钙化情况明显低于对照组(<0.05)；结论维持性血液透析患者降血脂治疗可以降低颈动脉粥样硬化与钙化的发生率。

목적관찰유지성혈액투석(MHD)환자경동맥죽양경화여개화정황，래설명혈액투석환자시부필수강혈지치료；방법선택아원60례유지성혈액투석환자，수궤평균분위량조，일조급여강혈지치료，일조불용임하강혈지적약물，동시응용고분변채색B초측환자경동맥내중막후도급반괴적대소，동시검사환자공복혈지정황，관찰강혈지치료재MHD환자중적료효；결과관찰조경동맥죽양경화여개화정황명현저우대조조(<0.05)；결론유지성혈액투석환자강혈지치료가이강저경동맥죽양경화여개화적발생솔。
Objective To observe the maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) patients with carotid atherosclerosis and calcification, to il ustrate whether must fal hematic fat in patients receiving hemodialysis treatment. Methods 60 patients with maintenance hemodialysis patients, randomly divided into two groups, one group of giving cholesterol-lowering therapy, a group of no cholesterol-lowering drugs, at the same time, application of high resolution color B ultrasonic measuring the size of the patient's carotid intima-media thickness and plaques, fasting blood lipids in patients with inspection at the same time, to observe the curative ef ect of cholesterol-lowering therapy in patients with MHD. Results Carotid artery atherosclerosis and calcification of observation group was obviously lower than the control group ( <0.05).Conclusion The patients with maintenance hemodialysis cholesterol-lowering therapy can reduce the incidence of carotid atherosclerosis and calcification.
