目的：分析胃、十二指肠溃疡穿孔的手术治疗。方法：收治胃、十二指肠溃疡穿孔患者68例，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：68例患者中，采用开腹手术治疗28例，成功治愈26例，治愈率92.9%；行穿孔缝合修补术32例，成功治愈29例，治愈率90.6%；行胃大部切除术8例。结论：胃、十二指肠溃疡穿孔进行手术治疗有着较高的疗效，有效地促进了患者的健康，提高了患者的生活质量。

목적：분석위、십이지장궤양천공적수술치료。방법：수치위、십이지장궤양천공환자68례，대기림상자료진행회고성분석。결과：68례환자중，채용개복수술치료28례，성공치유26례，치유솔92.9%；행천공봉합수보술32례，성공치유29례，치유솔90.6%；행위대부절제술8례。결론：위、십이지장궤양천공진행수술치료유착교고적료효，유효지촉진료환자적건강，제고료환자적생활질량。
Objective:To analyze the operation treatment of gastroduodenal ulcer perforation.Methods:68 patients with gastroduodenal ulcer perforation were selected.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:In 68 patients,28 cases were treated by open operation,26 cases were cured,the cure rate was 92.9%.For preforation repair in 32 cases,29 cases were cured,the cure rate was 90.6% .Subtotal gastrectomy in 8 cases.Conclusion:Operation treatment has a high curative effect on perforated gastroduodenal ulcer,effectively promote the health of patients,improve the quality of life of patients.
