目的：探讨超声引导下经皮经肝胆囊穿刺术在急性胆囊炎治疗中的应用价值。方法：收治接受超声引导下经皮经肝胆囊穿刺术治疗急性胆囊炎患者40例，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：无一例患者死亡，2例患者术后6个月复发，再次行手术治疗后缓解。患者体温、白细胞数以及总胆红素水平恢复正常，腹痛症状得到明显改善，治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：超声引导下经皮经肝胆囊穿刺术治疗急性胆囊炎具有安全、有效、简单、可重复、易操作等优点，疗效显著。
목적：탐토초성인도하경피경간담낭천자술재급성담낭염치료중적응용개치。방법：수치접수초성인도하경피경간담낭천자술치료급성담낭염환자40례，대기림상자료진행회고성분석。결과：무일례환자사망，2례환자술후6개월복발，재차행수술치료후완해。환자체온、백세포수이급총담홍소수평회복정상，복통증상득도명현개선，치료전후비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：초성인도하경피경간담낭천자술치료급성담낭염구유안전、유효、간단、가중복、역조작등우점，료효현저。
Objective:To explore the application value of ultrasound guided percutaneous transhepatic gallbladder puncture in the treatment of acute cholecystitis.Methods:40 acute cholecystitis patients who had the ultrasound guided percutaneous transhepatic gallbladder surgery treatment were selected.We retrospective analyzed the clinical datas of them.Results:There were no patients died,2 patients with recurrence after 6 months of the operation,and they had remission after the re operation treatment.The body temperature,white blood cell count and total bilirubin levels of the patients returned to normal,the abdominal pain symptoms got improved,the difficults before and after the treatment were had statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound guided percutaneous transhepatic gallbladder surgery in the treatment of acute cholecystitis has the advantages of safe,effective,simple, reproducible,easy operation and so on.The curative effect is obvious.
