目的：探讨多潘立酮混悬液联合多酶片治疗小儿功能性消化不良的临床效果。方法选择功能性消化不良患儿150例，采用随机数字表法将患儿分为观察组和对照组各75例。对照组给予多潘立酮混悬液治疗；观察组给予多潘立酮混悬液联合多酶片治疗。观察两组主要临床症状评分、症状改善时间及不良反应。结果观察组治疗后饱胀感、食欲减退、腹部不适、恶心呕吐和大便状况评分分别为（0．48±0．13）分、（0．53±0.22）分、（0．21±0．18）分、（0．79±0．38）分和（0．28±0．19）分，均低于对照组治疗后（t ＝8．46、9.27、7．94、10．11、8．04，均 P ＜0．05）。观察组治疗后总疗程、腹胀、恶心呕吐、食欲减退、大便正常等改善时间分别为（8.92±2．20）d、（1．96±1．30）d、（2．85±1．10）d、（5．67±2．13）d、（7．32±1．79）d，均短于对照组（t ＝11．38、11．38、10．45、9．66、10．20，均 P ＜0．05）。对照组恶心、便秘／腹泻、腹痛和总共不良反应发生率分别为4．00％（3／75）、1．33％（1／75）、1．33％（1／75）和6．67％（5／75），治疗组为5．33％（4／75）、1．33％（1／75）、1．33％（1／75）和8．00％（6／75），差异均无统计学意义（χ2＝1．03、0．00、0．00、0．72，均 P ＞0．05）。结论多潘立酮混悬液联合多酶片治疗小儿功能性消化不良能够显著改善患者的临床症状或体征，缩短患儿症状改善时间。
목적：탐토다반립동혼현액연합다매편치료소인공능성소화불량적림상효과。방법선택공능성소화불량환인150례，채용수궤수자표법장환인분위관찰조화대조조각75례。대조조급여다반립동혼현액치료；관찰조급여다반립동혼현액연합다매편치료。관찰량조주요림상증상평분、증상개선시간급불량반응。결과관찰조치료후포창감、식욕감퇴、복부불괄、악심구토화대편상황평분분별위（0．48±0．13）분、（0．53±0.22）분、（0．21±0．18）분、（0．79±0．38）분화（0．28±0．19）분，균저우대조조치료후（t ＝8．46、9.27、7．94、10．11、8．04，균 P ＜0．05）。관찰조치료후총료정、복창、악심구토、식욕감퇴、대편정상등개선시간분별위（8.92±2．20）d、（1．96±1．30）d、（2．85±1．10）d、（5．67±2．13）d、（7．32±1．79）d，균단우대조조（t ＝11．38、11．38、10．45、9．66、10．20，균 P ＜0．05）。대조조악심、편비／복사、복통화총공불량반응발생솔분별위4．00％（3／75）、1．33％（1／75）、1．33％（1／75）화6．67％（5／75），치료조위5．33％（4／75）、1．33％（1／75）、1．33％（1／75）화8．00％（6／75），차이균무통계학의의（χ2＝1．03、0．00、0．00、0．72，균 P ＞0．05）。결론다반립동혼현액연합다매편치료소인공능성소화불량능구현저개선환자적림상증상혹체정，축단환인증상개선시간。
Objective To explore the effect of domperidone oral liquid combined with multienzyme tablets for the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods 150 children with functional dyspepsia were selected,they were randomly divided into the observation group and control group by using the random number table method,with 75 ca-ses each group.The control group received domperidone oral liquid treatment and the observation group were given domperidone oral liquid combined with multienzyme tablets treatment.The main clinical symptom score and improve-ment time of two groups,and assess the adverse reactions were observed.Results The satiety,loss of appetite, abdominal discomfort,nausea and vomiting and fecal condition score of the observation group after treatment were (0.48 ±0.13),(0.53 ±0.22),(0.21 ±0.18),(0.79 ±0.38),(0.28 ±0.19),which were lower than the control group after treatment (t =8.46,9.27,7.94,10.11,8.04,all P <0.05).The improve time of the total course,abdom-inal distention,nausea and vomiting,appetite loss,stool normal of patients in the observation group after treatment were (8.92 ±2.20)d,(1.96 ±1.30)d,(2.85 ±1.10)d,(5.67 ±2.13)d,(7.32 ±1.79)d,which were significant-ly less than the control group (t =11.38,11.38,10.45,9.66,10.20,all P <0.05).The adverse reactions of nausea, constipation or diarrhea abdominal pain and a total incidence of the observation group were 4.00%(3 /75),1.33%(1 /75),1.33%(1 /75 )and 6.67%(5 /75 ),intervention group were 5.33%(4 /75 ),1.33%(1 /75 ),1.33%(1 /75)and 8.00%(6 /75),there were no statistically significant differences (χ2 =1.03,0.00,1.03,0.00,all P >0.05).Conclusion There was better effect on domperidone oral liquid combined with multienzyme tablets on func-tional dyspepsia in children,which could improve the patient's clinical symptoms or signs significantly.And could in-duce the improvement time.
