目的：探讨微波配合膝关节内注射玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效。方法：收治膝骨关节炎患者136例，随机分为对照组和试验组，各68例，对照组给予膝关节内注射玻璃酸钠治疗，试验组在对照组的基础上配合微波照射治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果：试验组总有效率92.6%明显高于对照组的72.1%(P＜0.05)。结论：微波配合膝关节内注射玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效显著。

목적：탐토미파배합슬관절내주사파리산납치료슬골관절염적료효。방법：수치슬골관절염환자136례，수궤분위대조조화시험조，각68례，대조조급여슬관절내주사파리산납치료，시험조재대조조적기출상배합미파조사치료，비교량조치료효과。결과：시험조총유효솔92.6%명현고우대조조적72.1%(P＜0.05)。결론：미파배합슬관절내주사파리산납치료슬골관절염적료효현저。
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effects of microwave combined with injecting sodium hyaluronate in knee joint in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:136 patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group with 68 cases in each group.The control group were given the knee joint injection treatment of sodium hyaluronate,and the experimental group were given microwave irradiation treatment on the basis of the control group,then we compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In experimental group,the total efficiency of 92.6% was significantly higher than 72.1% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effects of microwave combined with injecting sodium hyaluronate in knee joint in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis was significant.
