目的：分析2型糖尿病并发血尿的原因，探讨与糖尿病肾病之间的关系。方法：回顾性地总结38例2型糖尿病合并血尿患者的临床资料。结果：血尿原因为多方面，包括糖尿病和非糖尿病因素，如感染、尿路结石、肿瘤、原发性和继发性肾小球肾炎等。结论：糖尿病合并血尿并不一定存在糖尿病肾脏疾病。大部分血尿原因通过临床检查可以确诊。
目的：分析2型糖尿病併髮血尿的原因，探討與糖尿病腎病之間的關繫。方法：迴顧性地總結38例2型糖尿病閤併血尿患者的臨床資料。結果：血尿原因為多方麵，包括糖尿病和非糖尿病因素，如感染、尿路結石、腫瘤、原髮性和繼髮性腎小毬腎炎等。結論：糖尿病閤併血尿併不一定存在糖尿病腎髒疾病。大部分血尿原因通過臨床檢查可以確診。
목적：분석2형당뇨병병발혈뇨적원인，탐토여당뇨병신병지간적관계。방법：회고성지총결38례2형당뇨병합병혈뇨환자적림상자료。결과：혈뇨원인위다방면，포괄당뇨병화비당뇨병인소，여감염、뇨로결석、종류、원발성화계발성신소구신염등。결론：당뇨병합병혈뇨병불일정존재당뇨병신장질병。대부분혈뇨원인통과림상검사가이학진。
Objective:To analyze the causes of hematuria in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,and explore the relationship between hematuria and diabetic nephropathy.Methods:38 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hematuria were selected.Their clinical data were summaried retrospectively.Results:There are variety of reasons which can lead to hematuria, including diabetes and non diabetes mellitus,such as infection,urinary calculi,tumor,primary and secondary glomerular nephritis. Conclusion:Not all patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hematuria exist diabetic kidney disease.Most of the reasons that leading to hematuria can be diagnosed by clinical examination.
