目的：探讨2种不同剂量立普妥治疗高脂血症的疗效和安全性。方法：80例高脂血症患者按不同给药剂量均分为小剂量组(20 mg)和大剂量组(40 mg)。在常规治疗的基础上，两组患者分别给予立普妥20 mg、40 mg，每晚顿服。观察两组患者的临床疗效，治疗前后总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)以及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平及不良反应。结果：大剂量组总有效率显著高于小剂量组(P＜0.05)。治疗后两组TC、TG、LDL-C、hs-CRP水平均显著低于治疗前，且大剂量组低于小剂量组(P＜0.05)；治疗后两组HDL-C显著高于治疗前，且大剂量组高于小剂量组(P＜0.05)。结论：大剂量立普妥治疗高脂血症较小剂量立普妥疗效更显著，安全性更好。
목적：탐토2충불동제량립보타치료고지혈증적료효화안전성。방법：80례고지혈증환자안불동급약제량균분위소제량조(20 mg)화대제량조(40 mg)。재상규치료적기출상，량조환자분별급여립보타20 mg、40 mg，매만돈복。관찰량조환자적림상료효，치료전후총담고순(TC)、감유삼지(TG)、저밀도지단백담고순(LDL-C)、고밀도지단백담고순(HDL-C)이급초민C반응단백(hs-CRP)수평급불량반응。결과：대제량조총유효솔현저고우소제량조(P＜0.05)。치료후량조TC、TG、LDL-C、hs-CRP수평균현저저우치료전，차대제량조저우소제량조(P＜0.05)；치료후량조HDL-C현저고우치료전，차대제량조고우소제량조(P＜0.05)。결론：대제량립보타치료고지혈증교소제량립보타료효경현저，안전성경호。
Objective:To explore the curative effect and safety of two different doses of lipitor in the treatment of hyperlipidemia. Methods:80 patients with hyperlipidemia were divided into the low dose group(20 mg) and the high dose group(40 mg) according to different dosage.On the basis of routine treatment,the patients in two groups were given lipitor 20 mg,40 mg orally every night. The clinical curative effects,pretherapy and post-treatment total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) levels and adverse reactions of two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the high dose group was significantly higher than that of the low dose group (P<0.05).After treatment,TC、TG、LDL-C、hs-CRP levels of two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the high dose group was lower than the low dose group(P<0.05).After treatment,HDL-C of two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment,and the high dose group was higher than that of the low dose group(P<0.05).Conclusion:High dose lipitor in the treatment of hyperlipidemia has more remarkable curative effect than low dose lipitor, and the safety is better.
