分别研究了机械激发以及机械和化学复合激发对钢渣-矿渣复合粉活性的影响。结果表明,在钢渣掺比量为30%的条件下,单独靠机械激发来提高钢渣-矿渣复合粉的活性是不可取的;在钢渣比表面积为448 m2/kg、矿渣比表面积为450 m2/kg、通过外掺5%C化学激发剂复合激发钢渣-矿渣复合粉,其活性可优于S95级矿粉。

Influences on the activity of steel slag/slag composite powder by mechanical activation or mechanical/chemical Combined activation were studied respectively. The results indicate that when the addition of steel slag is 30 percent,the separate mechanical activation of steel slag/slag composite powder is inadvisable. Through the mechanical/chemical Combined activation,the steel slag/slag composite powder can be above S95 level when specific surface area of steel slag and slag achieves 448 m2/kg and 450 m2/kg respectively,with the addition of 5 percent“C”chemical activity.
