针对超高速微型球轴承无法达到工作转速、超高速运转时转子系统产生共振造成轴承磨损失效、保持架运转不稳定导致轴承掉速等问题,采取了附加弹性支承和改用柔性材料保持架等措施,经动态仿真和试验分析证明:轴承仿真分析模型正确,所采取的措施可行且有效。
針對超高速微型毬軸承無法達到工作轉速、超高速運轉時轉子繫統產生共振造成軸承磨損失效、保持架運轉不穩定導緻軸承掉速等問題,採取瞭附加彈性支承和改用柔性材料保持架等措施,經動態倣真和試驗分析證明:軸承倣真分析模型正確,所採取的措施可行且有效。

Aiming at the problems about super high -speed micro ball bearings unable to reach working speed,the wear failure of bearings caused by resonance of rotor system during super high speed operation,and bearing speed down caused by cage operation instability,the additional elastic support and flexible cage material is used.The dynamic sim-ulation and experiment analysis prove that the simulation analysis model for bearings is correct,and the measures are effective and feasible.
