为解决某型航空发动机磁力密封装置零件无明显损伤特征的密封失效问题,对磁力密封装置静环磁性、振动工况及动环内O形密封圈压缩率与拉伸率等方面进行分析。结果表明,磁力密封装置磁性比压设计过小、动环内O形密封圈拉伸率设计过大是造成磁力密封装置泄漏的主要原因。通过对O形密封圈、齿轮轴等零件的改进设计,从理论上提高磁力密封装置工作可靠性,解决密封失效问题。

In order to solve the malfunction of magnetic seal oil leakage in an aeroengine with non?damage feature,anal?ysis was carried out for the magnetism of magnetic?stationary seal ring,the vibration operating mode,the compression ratio and extension ratio of O?ring in the rotor ring.The results show that the main causation of magnetic seal oil leakage are that the magnetic specific pressure is too low and the tensile stretch of O?ring is over high in design.The operation reliability of magnetic seal is theoretically increased and malfunction of seal leakage is solved through the improvement design on O?ring and gear shaft.
