考虑温度场和轴承表面连续余弦波状粗糙度的影响,对水润滑飞龙轴承进行弹流润滑分析;通过数值分析方法求得轴承的完全数值解;分析粗糙度函数的幅值和波长对压力、膜厚的影响。结果表明:考虑表面连续波状粗糙度时压力和膜厚出现波动,最小膜厚减小;粗糙度函数幅值增大,压力变化不明显,膜厚波动增大,最小膜厚减小;粗糙度函数波长增大,压力波动增大,膜厚变化不大。
攷慮溫度場和軸承錶麵連續餘絃波狀粗糙度的影響,對水潤滑飛龍軸承進行彈流潤滑分析;通過數值分析方法求得軸承的完全數值解;分析粗糙度函數的幅值和波長對壓力、膜厚的影響。結果錶明:攷慮錶麵連續波狀粗糙度時壓力和膜厚齣現波動,最小膜厚減小;粗糙度函數幅值增大,壓力變化不明顯,膜厚波動增大,最小膜厚減小;粗糙度函數波長增大,壓力波動增大,膜厚變化不大。

The elastohydrodynamic lubrication ( EHL ) analysis of the water?lubricated Tenmat bearings was carried out by considering the effect of the thermal field and the bearing surface continuous cosine wave roughness.A full numerical so?lution for the Tenmat bearings was obtained by numerical analysis. The effects of the amplitude and wavelength of the roughness function on the pressure and film thickness were analyzed.The results show that,in considering the bearing sur?face continuous wave roughness,pressure and film thickness oscillating is shown,and the minimum film thickness is de?creased.The oscillation of film thickness is intensified with the increasing of amplitude of roughness function, but the change of pressure is not obvious,and the minimum film thickness is reduced.The oscillation of pressure is increased with the increasing of wavelength of roughness function,and the change of film thickness is not obvious.
