目的：探讨腹腔镜下卵巢良性肿瘤剔除术中不同止血方法处理残留卵巢对卵巢功能的影响。方法选取行腹腔镜下卵巢良性肿瘤剔除术的62例患者，按照处理残留卵巢的方法分为两组，术中采用缝合方法止血30例作为观察组，采用双极电凝止血32例作为对照组，以雌二醇（E2）、卵泡雌激素（FSH）、黄体生成素（LH）作为观察指标比较分析两组患者术后的卵巢功能情况。结果全部患者均顺利完成手术，术后两组患者的 E2降低，FSH、LH 均升高，分别与术前比较，其差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05），且术后相同时间两组之间 E2、FSH、LH 比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论腹腔镜下卵巢良性肿瘤剔除术后卵巢功能降低，采用缝合止血方法能够更好地保护患者的卵巢功能，应作为首选的处理方法。

Objective To discuss the influence of different hemostatic methods on ovarian function for theresidual ovarian in laparoscopic excision of the benign tumor.Method The patients were selected from our hospital from January 2011 to January 2014 and divided into two groups according to the the hemostatic method,Among the pa-tients,30 patients were treated by method of suture hemostasis as the observation group,the rest 32 patients were trea-ted by bipolar coagulation hemostasis as control group.The estradiol (E2),follicle hormone (FSH)and luteinizing hormone (LH)were analyzed,and the ovarian function was compared between the two groups.Result All patients were successfully completed the operation.The E2 of all patients in two groups was decreased,while the LH and FSH were significantly increased (P <0.05),and the difference in E2,FSH and LH between the two groups were statisti-cally significant (P < 0.05 ).Conclusion Ovarian function decrease after Laparoscopic excision of the benign tumor.Suture hemostasis method should be the preferred treatment because it can protect the ovarian function of pa-tients better.
