利用单因子试验及正交试验优化了地衣芽孢杆菌DY-1的最佳溶磷条件,并用钼锑抗比色法测定了菌株的溶磷能力.试验结果表明,以1%葡萄糖为碳源,0.1%硫酸铵为氮源时地衣芽孢杆菌DY-1溶磷量最大.最佳溶磷条件为:温度30℃,pH 8.0,培养时间72 h,3%接种量.

By means of single factor test and orthogonal test,we optimized the best condition of dissolved phosphorus strain Bacillus licheniformis DY-1. The ability of the dissolving phosphorus strain was measured by using colorimetric method of molybdenum antimonyanti. The experimental results show that with 1%glucose as carbon source,and 0.1%ammonium sulphate as nitrogen source,the phosphate solubilizing amount of B. licheniformis DY-1 is the largest. Best soluble phosphorus conditions were temperature 30℃,pH 8,culture time 72 h,3%inoculation amount.
