转轴是JD?1轮轨模拟试验机夹具的重要组成部分,在试验机运行过程中承受垂向载荷和制动扭矩的综合作用。针对轮轨模拟试验机转轴-轴承过盈配合面上出现的损伤,从宏观、微观层面分析其损伤机制。转轴和轴承内圈在试验机运行过程中发生的弹性变形量存在差异,导致转轴-轴承过盈配合面区域内出现微小幅度的往复相对运动,从而产生微动损伤。在载荷综合作用下,转轴-轴承过盈配合表面出现了严重的微动疲劳磨损和较为严重的不均匀塑性变形,靠近制动器一端的表面塑性变形不均匀程度更为严重。分析结果为转轴损伤的减缓和预防提供了参考。

As an important part of the fixture of simulation testing facility for wheel/rail, the shaft is subjected to the vertical loads and braking torque during the operation of the machine. The damage analysis of the shaft was presented in macro and micro level to investigate the damage mechanism of interference fit surface between the shaft and bearing. The results show that there exists the fretting damage on interference fit surface of the shaft due to the difference in the elastic deformation and the relative motion with reciprocating micro amplitude of the shaft and the bearing inner ring. And there exists serious non?uniform plastic deformation on interference fit surface, especially on the surface near the end of the brake. The analysis results provide the beneficial reference for the damage mitigation and prevention of the shaft.
