针对传统人文教育抽象化、知识化、碎片化的弊端,应深入到专业的层面系统构建高职人文教育的内容与过程体系,将人文教育与专业教育相融合,引导学生在专业语境下参悟普适性的职业人文价值,基于日常学习-生活-工作经验将价值观内化为自身的人格特质,从而实现职业素质、职业精神的养成。

침대전통인문교육추상화、지식화、쇄편화적폐단,응심입도전업적층면계통구건고직인문교육적내용여과정체계,장인문교육여전업교육상융합,인도학생재전업어경하삼오보괄성적직업인문개치,기우일상학습-생활-공작경험장개치관내화위자신적인격특질,종이실현직업소질、직업정신적양성。
The defect of traditional humanistic education is that it only stresses the teaching of abstract and fragmented knowledge. In view of this defect, it is suggested that the content and process system of higher vocational humanistic education should be constructed from the perspective of specialty in a more in-depth and systematic way, to integrate humanistic education with vocational education. Students should be guided to perceive the universal vocational humanistic value in the context of specialty, and internalize the values as their own personality traits based on daily learning, living and work experience, thus realizing the cultivation of vocational quality and spirit.
