Our country’s tourism is developing very fastly,so core curriculum reform in tourism management specialty is necessary. Taking the food and beverage service technical training courses as an example, the concrete measures of curriculum reform include teaching contents and teaching methods and so forth. The author argues that the effect of the reform should be judged by the students’ satisfactions.
