为实现电动齿轮燃油泵系统的精确供油控制,建立了电动齿轮燃油泵流量特性模型,设计了数字式PID参数控制,并在此基础上以参数切换为原则设计了变PID参数控制,以满足不同情况下航空发动机对供油量的需求。通过试验,变参数PID控制实现了对电动齿轮燃油泵的精确控制,说明设计的PID控制规律能够应用于电动齿轮燃油泵系统供油量的闭环控制。
為實現電動齒輪燃油泵繫統的精確供油控製,建立瞭電動齒輪燃油泵流量特性模型,設計瞭數字式PID參數控製,併在此基礎上以參數切換為原則設計瞭變PID參數控製,以滿足不同情況下航空髮動機對供油量的需求。通過試驗,變參數PID控製實現瞭對電動齒輪燃油泵的精確控製,說明設計的PID控製規律能夠應用于電動齒輪燃油泵繫統供油量的閉環控製。

To control the flow accurately of electric gear fuel pump,the model of flow of electric gear fuel pump is established. The digital PID law is built,and the variable PID law based on digital PID law with principle of parameters switching is built to fulfill different requirements of flow in aeroengine. The experimental results show that the accurate control of electric gear fuel is achieved by variable PID law, which means PID law can be applied to the closed-loop control system of flow in electric gear fuel pump.
