在此次页岩气钻井施工中,因静止时间过长,在井底压差作用下,与井壁发生粘附卡钻事故。首先采用在钻具可活动范围内上提下放、开泵循环等措施进行处理,然后经过配置合适的较低密度解卡剂浸泡,并配合震击器震击作用成功解卡。对同类地层发生粘附卡钻事故有示范作用。

After the happening of wallstick in the process of drilling the shale gas well, we solve the accident by pulling strongly firstly. With partial drill pipes still be remained in the hole, we choose milling and take out the drill pipes successfully. <br> In the shale gas drilling, because the rest time is too long, the drilling tool and borehole occurred wallstick with the pressure differential at the bottom. We solve the accident by pulling strongly, circulating pump firstly. and then use the appropriate lower density stuck agent to soak wells, at last used the shock appliances successful shock effect. The accident occurred have a model for the happening of wallstick in similar formations.
