目的为了解医学生对医患关系紧张度现状的认知、其影响因素及医患关系现状对医学生的影响。方法对郑州大学医学院及其各附属医院810名医学生进行问卷调查。结果77.81%的被调查者认为医患关系现状较为紧张,是否实习、专业类型、学历、沟通能力等因素对医学生医患关系紧张度认知有影响;并且,医患关系现状已经对其专业思想产生负面影响,其中媒体报道及社会传闻是其获取医患关系相关信息的两个主要来源。结论在医学生培养过程中,应加强对和谐医患关系意识的教育;在医患关系信息来源方面,加强媒体报道、社会舆论的正确引导,加大临床带教老师对相关信息的教导力度。

Objective This paper aims to investigate the medical students' recognition on the physician-patient relationship,its influencing factors and the influence on specialty thinking.Methods We used homemade questionnaire to investigate 810 medical students of medical col ege and the af iliated hospital of Zhengzhou University. Results Show that 77.81% of the medical students thought that there was tension in physician-patient relationship. Practice, professional, academic, communication ability are the risk factors af ecting medical students' recognition on the physician-patient relationship. And the status of physician-patient relationship has negative impact on the specialty thinking. Media reports and social rumor are the two main sources of its acquisition of the doctor-patient relationship related information. Conclusion These results indicate that it is necessary to strengthen education of the knowledge about the physician-patient relationship, strengthen the correct guidance of public opinion,media reports, and strengthen the teaching of relevant information of the clinical guidance.
