目的:探讨根据中国人颈动脉内膜中层厚度(CIMT)参考值计算的“血管年龄”对心血管病危险评分的影响。方法选取1522名30岁以上在空军总医院进行健康查体的无心血管疾病的体检者,采用“CIMT 人群中间值”法计算“血管年龄”,根据血管年龄和年代年龄分别计算国人缺血性心血管病发病危险度评分。结果“血管年龄”大于“年代年龄”9.5岁(P <0.01),其中77%相差超过5岁;“血管年龄”替代“年代年龄”后,三分之二个体的心血管疾病(CVD)危险度评分发生改变(P <0.01),将近10%个体发生 CVD 的风险类别上升或下降(P <0.01)。结论由 CIMT 计算的“血管年龄”与“年代年龄”存在明显差别,并能改变国人缺血性心血管病发病危险评分。

목적:탐토근거중국인경동맥내막중층후도(CIMT)삼고치계산적“혈관년령”대심혈관병위험평분적영향。방법선취1522명30세이상재공군총의원진행건강사체적무심혈관질병적체검자,채용“CIMT 인군중간치”법계산“혈관년령”,근거혈관년령화년대년령분별계산국인결혈성심혈관병발병위험도평분。결과“혈관년령”대우“년대년령”9.5세(P <0.01),기중77%상차초과5세;“혈관년령”체대“년대년령”후,삼분지이개체적심혈관질병(CVD)위험도평분발생개변(P <0.01),장근10%개체발생 CVD 적풍험유별상승혹하강(P <0.01)。결론유 CIMT 계산적“혈관년령”여“년대년령”존재명현차별,병능개변국인결혈성심혈관병발병위험평분。
Objective To explore the effect of vascular age calculated by Chinese carotid intima-media thick-ness (CIMT)reference on the risk assessment of cardiovascular disease.Methods 1522 health examinees (more than 30 years old)without cardiovascular diseases were selected.The vascular age was calculated by "median value"of CIMT.The risk assessment of ischemic cardiovascular diseases were calculated by vascular age and chronological age, respectively Results The vascular age was larger than chronological age by 9.5 years (P <0.01),and the difference between vascular age and chronological age was more than 5 years among 77% of the health examinees.There were significant differences in the risk scores of ischemic cardiovascular diseases between vascular age and chronological age among two thirds of the health examinees (P <0.01).The risk of cardiovascular diseases in almost 10 % of the health examinees was when chronological age was substituted by vascular age (P <0.01).Conclusion Chronologi-cal age is different from CIMT-derived vascular age ,which could increased the risk of cardiovascular diseases.
