目的:探讨情绪调节方式与人格特征对食管癌患者心理弹性的影响。方法采用情绪调节问卷、艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)、中文简化版 Connor-Davidson 心理弹性问卷(CD-RISC)对80例食管癌进行问卷调查,另选取80例非癌症住院患者为对照组。结果食管癌患者坚韧、自强、乐观及总评分显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。食管癌患者坚韧、自强、乐观、总分与情绪调节中的抑郁调节及宣泄调节均呈正相关,而与人格中的神经质及内外向呈负相关(P <0.05)。结论食管癌患者心理弹性水平普遍低于非癌症患者,人格体征及情绪调节方式是影响食管癌患者心理弹性的重要因素。

목적:탐토정서조절방식여인격특정대식관암환자심리탄성적영향。방법채용정서조절문권、애삼극인격문권(EPQ)、중문간화판 Connor-Davidson 심리탄성문권(CD-RISC)대80례식관암진행문권조사,령선취80례비암증주원환자위대조조。결과식관암환자견인、자강、악관급총평분현저저우대조조(P <0.05)。식관암환자견인、자강、악관、총분여정서조절중적억욱조절급선설조절균정정상관,이여인격중적신경질급내외향정부상관(P <0.05)。결론식관암환자심리탄성수평보편저우비암증환자,인격체정급정서조절방식시영향식관암환자심리탄성적중요인소。
Objective To explore the effects of emotion regulation styles and personality traits on resilience of patients with esophageal cancer.Methods From June 2012 to June 2014,80 cases of esophageal cancer were in-vestigated by the Emotion Regulation Questionnaire,Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ),Chinese simplified version of the Connor-Davidson resilience questionnaire (CD-RISC),and other 80 hospitalized patients without cancer as the control group.Results The tenacity,self-reliance,optimism and the total score was significantly higher in pa-tients with esophageal cancer (P <0.05).The tenacity,self-reliance,optimism,scores of depression,emotional adjust-ment and catharsis was positively correlated with neuroticism and while was negatively correlated with extroversion in patients with esophageal cancer (P <0.05).Conclusion Resilience levels in patients with esophageal cancer are generally lower than non-cancer patients,and personality and emotion regulation are important factors affected resili-ence of patients with esophageal cancer.
