目的：探究老年急性结石性胆囊炎的综合护理疗效。方法搜集本院2014年2月～2015年2月诊治的48例结石性胆囊炎患者，根据护理方式不同分为两组，甲组采用综合护理，乙组采用基础护理，对比最终护理效果。结果（1）甲组患者的护理有效率96.0%（24/25）高于乙组82.6%（19/23），差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05；（2）甲组患者的满意度100%高于乙组87.0%，差异有统计学意义P＜0.05。结论综合护理老年急性结石性胆囊炎的临床疗效显著，能够有效提高患者的满意度和护理有效率，降低患者术后的疼痛度，临床护理价值高。
목적：탐구노년급성결석성담낭염적종합호리료효。방법수집본원2014년2월～2015년2월진치적48례결석성담낭염환자，근거호리방식불동분위량조，갑조채용종합호리，을조채용기출호리，대비최종호리효과。결과（1）갑조환자적호리유효솔96.0%（24/25）고우을조82.6%（19/23），차이유통계학의의，P＜0.05；（2）갑조환자적만의도100%고우을조87.0%，차이유통계학의의P＜0.05。결론종합호리노년급성결석성담낭염적림상료효현저，능구유효제고환자적만의도화호리유효솔，강저환자술후적동통도，림상호리개치고。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive care of elderly patients with acute cholecystitis. Methods 48 cases of cholecystitis diagnosis and treatment of patients in the hospital in February 2014 ~February 2015, divided into two groups based on different ways of care, integrated care group A, group B using basic care, compared to the ifnal treatment effect. Results (1) Group A patient care efifciency was 96.0%(24/25) was significantly higher than group B 82.6% (19/23), large differences P<0.05. (2) Group A patient satisfaction 100%was signiifcantly higher 87.0% in group B, significant difference P<0.05. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of comprehensive care of elderly patients with acute cholecystitis signiifcantly can improve patient satisfaction and care efifciency, reduce patient postoperative pain, high value clinical care.
