目的：分析整体护理在急性胰腺炎治疗中的作用。方法本研究选取2013年4月～2015年3月84例急性胰腺炎患者为对象，均接受消化内科治疗。将其随机分组，常规组患者接受常规对症护理，整体组患者在此基础上辅以整体护理。对比分析两组患者住院时长、总疗效的差异，并观察实验室指标缓解时间。结果整体组住院时长短于常规组，总疗效高于常规组，患者血淀粉酶、尿淀粉酶、C反应蛋白检测值恢复正常及患者腹痛缓解等时间均短于常规组，P＜0.05。结论急性胰腺炎患者早期接受消化内科治疗时辅以整体护理，可提高治疗效果，促进临床指标改善，缩短住院时长，具有积极的临床意义。
목적：분석정체호리재급성이선염치료중적작용。방법본연구선취2013년4월～2015년3월84례급성이선염환자위대상，균접수소화내과치료。장기수궤분조，상규조환자접수상규대증호리，정체조환자재차기출상보이정체호리。대비분석량조환자주원시장、총료효적차이，병관찰실험실지표완해시간。결과정체조주원시장단우상규조，총료효고우상규조，환자혈정분매、뇨정분매、C반응단백검측치회복정상급환자복통완해등시간균단우상규조，P＜0.05。결론급성이선염환자조기접수소화내과치료시보이정체호리，가제고치료효과，촉진림상지표개선，축단주원시장，구유적겁적림상의의。
Objective To analyze the overall nursing in the role in the treatment of acute pancreatitis. Methods 84 cases of acute pancreatitis patients were chosen as objects in April 2013 and March 2015, are to accept the treatment of digestive diseases. The randomized, conventional group patients accepted conventional care, whole groups on the basis of overall care. The contrast analysis of two groups of patients in hospital time, the differences between the total curative effect, alleviate time and observe laboratory indicators. Results The whole group hospitalization time signiifcantly shorter in the conventional group, the total curative effect is signiifcantly higher than the normal group, the patients blood amylase, urine amylase, c-reactive protein readings back to normal and patients with abdominal pain relief time were short in the conventional group, P<0.05. Conclusion Acute pancreatitis patients early digestive diseases treated with integral nursing, can improve the treatment effect, promote clinical indicators improved, shorten hospitalization time, have positive clinical signiifcance.
