目的：研究神经症患者实施人性化护理的临床效果。方法我院选择2012年4月～2014年4月诊治的172例神经症患者，将其均分为两组，对照组的86例患者实施常规的护理措施，观察组的86例患者实施人性化护理措施。结果通过研究发现，两组患者经过4周的护理措施后，SCL-90中之后偏执因素分值降低，其它各项均未见明显改变，无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；经过8周的护理操作后，SCL-90中的恐怖、焦虑、躯体化因组分值降低，两组患者差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论通过对神经症患者实施人性化护理措施，能够提升患者的心理健康水平及社会功能，同时提升了患者对护理人员的满意度，对神经症患者的病情有促进康复的作用。
목적：연구신경증환자실시인성화호리적림상효과。방법아원선택2012년4월～2014년4월진치적172례신경증환자，장기균분위량조，대조조적86례환자실시상규적호리조시，관찰조적86례환자실시인성화호리조시。결과통과연구발현，량조환자경과4주적호리조시후，SCL-90중지후편집인소분치강저，기타각항균미견명현개변，무통계학의의（P＞0.05）；경과8주적호리조작후，SCL-90중적공포、초필、구체화인조분치강저，량조환자차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론통과대신경증환자실시인성화호리조시，능구제승환자적심리건강수평급사회공능，동시제승료환자대호리인원적만의도，대신경증환자적병정유촉진강복적작용。
Objective To study the clinical effect of the treatment of patients with neurosis. Methods 172 patients with neurosis were chosen in April 2012 to April 2014, divide into two groups, control group of 86 patients with conventional nursing measures, the observation group of 86 patients in the implementation of human care measures. Results The study found, two groups of patients after 4 weeks of nursing, SCL-90 after the paranoid factor scores lower, no signiifcant changes were found in the other (P>0.05). After 8 weeks of nursing operation, SCL-90 in the fear, anxiety, the body of the score signiifcantly lower, the difference between the two groups was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion Through the implementation of human care in patients with neurosis, can improve the patient's mental health level and social function, at the same time to improve the patient satisfaction of nursing staff, the effect of the rehabilitation of patients with neurosis.
