目的：监测分析难免压疮患者的高危因素。方法选取院外和院内已申报难免压疮的179例患者，通过Braden量表进行监测分析。结果分析结果提示压疮仍然是该院临床护理工作的重点，院外压疮多以内科疾病为主，压疮分级以Ⅲ级居多，年龄越大，压疮风险越高。院内压疮以外科疾病为主。结论正确应用压疮风险评估量表，提高护理人员风险评估。
목적：감측분석난면압창환자적고위인소。방법선취원외화원내이신보난면압창적179례환자，통과Braden량표진행감측분석。결과분석결과제시압창잉연시해원림상호리공작적중점，원외압창다이내과질병위주，압창분급이Ⅲ급거다，년령월대，압창풍험월고。원내압창이외과질병위주。결론정학응용압창풍험평고량표，제고호리인원풍험평고。
Objective Analysis the high risk factors of unavoidable pressure ulcer patients. Methods 179 cases outside hospital and inside hospital which were reported as unavoidable pressure ulcer were chosen and analyzed by Braden Scale. Results The analysis exhibit that pressure ulcer still is the important work in nursing in this hospital. Pressure ulcer outside hospital was mainly in medical disease. The III pressure ulcer was in the majority. The risk of pressure ulcer was related with age. Pressure ulcer inside hospital was mainly in surgical diseases. Conclusion Correct using of pressure ulcer assessment scale and improving the ability of risk evaluation for nurses could prevent the occurrence of pressure sores effectively.
