为准确分析驱动桥齿轮传动系统的动力学特性,指导驱动桥产品的减振降噪设计,提出一种考虑箱体影响的驱动桥齿轮传动系统动力学建模与分析方法,基于经典的非线性轴承理论、有限元方法和模态综合方法,建立包含主减速器总成、差速器总成、轮毂总成和桥壳等部件的完整驱动桥系统动力学分析模型,对系统进行振动模态分析,计算在单位谐波齿轮传动误差激励下系统的动力学特性,研究驱动桥箱体对齿轮传动系统动力学特性的影响。以某后驱动桥准双曲面齿轮传动系统为例进行的动力学分析结果表明,箱体对驱动桥齿轮传动系统的动力学特性具有重要影响,在分析时必须予以准确考虑。

In order to analyze the dynamic behavior of a drive axle gear transmission system more accurately and guide vibration and noise reduction design of drive axle products,an efficient strategy based on nonlinear bearing theory, the finite element method and the modal synthesis method were proposed to analyze the drive axle gear transmission dynamic system considering effects of housing.The whole drive axle transmission system's dynamic finite element model including final drive gear transmission assembly,differential gear transmission assembly,hub assembly and housing etc. was built.The modal analysis of the whole system was performed.The response of the system to a unit harmonic gear transmission error under the hypoid gear mesh was calculated.The effects of housing on the gear transmission system's dynamic features were studied.An example for dynamic analysis of a rear drive axle gear transmission system showed that the effects of housing on the dynamic features of the drive axle gear transmission system are significant.
