目的：探究糖尿病足临床特点并分析护理干预效果。方法选取2010年2月～2015年2月我院收治的63例糖尿病足的患者根据不同的护理干预分为对照组（n=30）和研究组（n=33），对照组予以常规的护理干预，研究组予以综合性护理，分析糖尿病足的临床特点，比较护理效果。结果对照组患者的护理满意度为66.7%低于研究组患者的护理满意度90.9%（P＜0.05），护理前，两组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分差异无统计学意义，P＞0.05，护理后，结果显示，研究组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分均小于对照组，P＜0.05。结论糖尿病足临床特点主要表现为肢体麻木、疼痛、间歇性跛行，皮肤干燥、肌肉萎缩以及双侧的膝腱反射减弱或消失等，予以糖尿病足患者综合性护理干预能有效的缓解患者的不良情绪，提高患者的护理满意度，减少感染，降低糖尿病足的发生率，具有临床应用价值。

목적：탐구당뇨병족림상특점병분석호리간예효과。방법선취2010년2월～2015년2월아원수치적63례당뇨병족적환자근거불동적호리간예분위대조조（n=30）화연구조（n=33），대조조여이상규적호리간예，연구조여이종합성호리，분석당뇨병족적림상특점，비교호리효과。결과대조조환자적호리만의도위66.7%저우연구조환자적호리만의도90.9%（P＜0.05），호리전，량조환자적초필、억욱평분차이무통계학의의，P＞0.05，호리후，결과현시，연구조환자적초필、억욱평분균소우대조조，P＜0.05。결론당뇨병족림상특점주요표현위지체마목、동통、간헐성파행，피부간조、기육위축이급쌍측적슬건반사감약혹소실등，여이당뇨병족환자종합성호리간예능유효적완해환자적불량정서，제고환자적호리만의도，감소감염，강저당뇨병족적발생솔，구유림상응용개치。
Objective To explore clinical characteristics of diabetic foot and the analysis of the effect of nursing intervention. Methods 63 cases of diabetic foot patients according to different nursing intervention were divided into control group (n=30) and group (n=33) during February 2010 to February 2015 in our hospital, the control group routine nursing intervention, the team shall be comprehensive nursing, analysis the clinical characteristics of diabetic foot, more nursing effect. Results Care of patients in the control group was 66.7% lower than satisfaction with the study group patient care satisfaction 90.9%, (P<0.05), the former nurse, two groups of anxiety and depression scores showed no signiifcant difference, P>0.05, nursing , the results showed that the study group of patients with anxiety and depression scores than the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion The main clinical characteristics of diabetic foot numbness, pain and intermittent claudication, dry skin, muscle atrophy, and bilateral knee tendon relfex decrease or disappear, etc., shall be in patients with diabetic foot comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively relieve the patient's bad mood, improve patient satisfaction with care, reduce infection and reduce the incidence of diabetic foot, have clinical application value.
