目的:探讨三维(three-dimensional,3D)手术影像系统在眼科临床教学及演示中的作用。方法分别运用3D 手术影像系统和传统幻灯片对32名学员讲解白内障手术过程,比较3D 手术影像系统与传统的幻灯片手术教学的区别,并进一步探讨3D 手术影像系统在学术交流与远程教学中的作用。结果90.6%的学员认为3D 手术影像教学效果好于传统的教学方法(χ2=33.36,P <0.01)。81.3%的学员认为传统的板书及幻灯片手术教学比较抽象,难以理解。调查结果显示,大部分学员更倾向于选择3D 手术影像教学。结论3D 手术影像系统教学有助于培养医学生及眼科医师的显微手术操作能力,提高教学及学习效率;并且可以促进学术交流及远程教学的发展。

목적:탐토삼유(three-dimensional,3D)수술영상계통재안과림상교학급연시중적작용。방법분별운용3D 수술영상계통화전통환등편대32명학원강해백내장수술과정,비교3D 수술영상계통여전통적환등편수술교학적구별,병진일보탐토3D 수술영상계통재학술교류여원정교학중적작용。결과90.6%적학원인위3D 수술영상교학효과호우전통적교학방법(χ2=33.36,P <0.01)。81.3%적학원인위전통적판서급환등편수술교학비교추상,난이리해。조사결과현시,대부분학원경경향우선택3D 수술영상교학。결론3D 수술영상계통교학유조우배양의학생급안과의사적현미수술조작능력,제고교학급학습효솔;병차가이촉진학술교류급원정교학적발전。
Objective To discuss the role of the three-dimensional (3D)surgery imaging system in ophthalmologic clinical teaching and demonstration.Methods Cataract microsurgery was taught to 32 students with 3D surgery imaging system and traditional slide teaching respectively.Then we compared the 3D surgery imaging system with traditional slide teaching.We also explored the role of the 3D surgery imaging system in academic exchanges and distance education.Results 90.6% of the students thought the 3D surgery imaging system was more effective than the traditional teaching approach (χ2 =33.36,P<0.01 ).81.3% of the students thought that the traditional blackboard writing and slide surgery teaching were abstract and difficult to understand.According to the survey,most students favored the 3D surgery imaging system.Conclusion The 3D surgical imaging system is helpful in cultivating microsurgery operation ability of medical students and ophthalmologists.It can improve the efficiency of teaching and learning and promote the development of academic exchanges and distance education.
