为了提高弹丸的卡膛一致性,分析了弹射输弹过程中弹丸在不同位置的受力状况,结合流体动力学分析方法建立了弹射输弹强制段内的运动方程,得出了输弹过程中输弹力的变化规律和弹丸的运动规律。基于 MSC.ADAMS平台建立弹射输弹过程的动力学仿真模型,对不同射角下的输弹过程进行分析计算,结合台架试验验证了模型的正确性。提出通过优化弹丸初始位姿参数的方法可以使弹丸在输弹过程中的运动更为平顺,减小弹丸速度的衰减。以某弹射输弹机为例,采用多岛遗传算法(Multi -Island -GA)对输弹机的初始位姿参数进行优化,优化结果验证了该方法的可行性。

To improve the consistency of bayonet-chamber velocity,mechanical analysis of a projectile was performed at different positions during ejection ramming.The equation of motion of an ejection rammer was established, the varying law of ramming force and the motion law of the projectile were obtained.The dynamic simulation model for ejection ramming process was constructed based on MSC.ADAMS,ramming simulations were calculated under different fire angles and the correctness of the model was verified with bench tests.An optimization method was proposed to improve a projectile's moving ride-comfort and reduce its velocity attenuation.Multi-island genetic algorithm (Multi-Island-GA) was employed to optimize initial pose parameters of the rammer.The simulation results verified the feasibility of the method.
