为满足航空轴承轻量化的设计要求,研制了挤压型铝合金自润滑关节轴承,对比同规格挤压型不锈钢自润滑关节轴承,对铝合金自润滑关节轴承进行了强度计算和有限元分析校核,开展了径向额定静载荷、轴向额定静载荷和径向额定动载荷下摆动摩擦磨损的性能试验。结果表明:挤压型铝合金自润滑关节轴承在静载荷下变形性能和径向载荷下的摩擦磨损性能满足要求,在常温低速摆动工况条件下,完全可以替代挤压型不锈钢自润滑关节轴承。
為滿足航空軸承輕量化的設計要求,研製瞭擠壓型鋁閤金自潤滑關節軸承,對比同規格擠壓型不鏽鋼自潤滑關節軸承,對鋁閤金自潤滑關節軸承進行瞭彊度計算和有限元分析校覈,開展瞭徑嚮額定靜載荷、軸嚮額定靜載荷和徑嚮額定動載荷下襬動摩抆磨損的性能試驗。結果錶明:擠壓型鋁閤金自潤滑關節軸承在靜載荷下變形性能和徑嚮載荷下的摩抆磨損性能滿足要求,在常溫低速襬動工況條件下,完全可以替代擠壓型不鏽鋼自潤滑關節軸承。

In order to meet requirements of light weight design for aero -bearings,the self -lubricating spherical plain bearings extruded in aluminum alloy are developed.The self -lubricating spherical plain bearings extruded in stainless steel with same specification are compared.The strength calculation and finite element analysis are carried out for self-lubricating spherical plain bearings extruded in aluminum alloy,and the oscillating friction and wear performance are tested under static radial load rating,static axial load rating and dynamic radial load rating.The results show that the deformation under static load and friction and wear performance under radial load for self -lubricating spherical plain bearings extruded in aluminum alloy meet requirements,which is able to replace self -lubricating spherical plain bear-ings extruded in stainless steel under operating condition of normal temperature low speed oscillation.
