为了对比分析普通钢制滚子轴承和混合陶瓷滚子轴承的高速性能,对套圈材料为8Cr4Mo4V、保持架材料为铝青铜、滚子材料分别为8Cr4Mo4V 钢和氮化硅的2种轴承进行了试验。结果表明:在相同工况下,混合陶瓷滚子轴承不仅高速性能远优于全钢轴承,且功率消耗明显低于全钢轴承。
為瞭對比分析普通鋼製滾子軸承和混閤陶瓷滾子軸承的高速性能,對套圈材料為8Cr4Mo4V、保持架材料為鋁青銅、滾子材料分彆為8Cr4Mo4V 鋼和氮化硅的2種軸承進行瞭試驗。結果錶明:在相同工況下,混閤陶瓷滾子軸承不僅高速性能遠優于全鋼軸承,且功率消耗明顯低于全鋼軸承。

In order to comparatively analyze high speed performance for ordinary steel roller bearings and hybrid ceram-ic roller bearings,the tests are carried out for two kinds of bearings with rollers made of steel 8Cr4Mo4V and silicon ni-tride,rings made of 8Cr4Mo4V and cages made of aluminum bronze.The result shows that the high speed performance and power consumption of hybrid ceramic roller bearings are more superior to those of steel roller bearings under same operating condition.
