目的：深入研究护理干预在小儿过敏性紫癜中的临床应用效果。方法选取2013年1月～2015年1月在我院接受治疗的60例小儿过敏性紫癜患者，并随机分为对照组和观察组进行对照研究，观察并对比常规护理和护理干预的护理效果。结果观察组患儿的皮肤症状、关节症状、腹部症状、肾脏症状等消失时间以及住院时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对小儿过敏性紫癜采用护理干预具有显著的护理效果，能够快速缓解患儿的临床症状。

목적：심입연구호리간예재소인과민성자전중적림상응용효과。방법선취2013년1월～2015년1월재아원접수치료적60례소인과민성자전환자，병수궤분위대조조화관찰조진행대조연구，관찰병대비상규호리화호리간예적호리효과。결과관찰조환인적피부증상、관절증상、복부증상、신장증상등소실시간이급주원시간균단우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론대소인과민성자전채용호리간예구유현저적호리효과，능구쾌속완해환인적림상증상。
Objective To study the clinical effect of nursing intervention in children with allergic purpura. Methods 60 cases of pediatric allergic purpura patients from January 2013 to January 2015 in our hospital, and were randomly divided into control group and observation group for control study, observe and compare the effect of routine nursing and nursing intervention. Results The symptoms of skin, joint symptoms,abdominal symptoms, abdominal symptoms, kidney symptoms, and hospitalization time were shorter in the observation group than in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention in children with allergic purpura has a significant effect, and can quickly relieve the clinical symptoms of children.
