The structural characteristics of flexible ball bearings and grinding machining principle for outer diameter surface of rings are introduced.The reasons for unqualified outer diameter roundness during grinding for outer diameter surface of rings under current grinding machining parameters are analyzed with examples.The unqualified rates are ef-fectively controlled and production needs are satisfied by improving grinding method for increasing grinding block.
