为提高材料利用率,改进冲压保持架加工方法,对单列圆锥滚子轴承保持架结构改进。利用有限元软件分析改进后结构的保持架应力分布,说明结构设计的可行性。改进后采用薄板全冲压工艺制造保持架,改变了仅通过增加厚度来增加保持架强度的方法,提高了产品制造精度,改善了加工工艺。

In order to improve the utilization of materials and processing method for stamping cages,the structure is im-proved for cages in single row tapered roller bearings.The stress distribution of cages after structural improvement is an-alyzed by using finite element software,and the feasibility of structural design is explained.The cages are manufactured by selecting sheet stamping process after improvement,increasing strength of cages with same sheet thickness.The manufacturing accuracy of products is increased and the processing technology is improved.
