目的：观察中西医结合治疗产后尿潴留的临床疗效。方法产后尿潴留患者96例，随机分为观察组和对照组各48例。两组均给予新斯的明肌注，观察组加用中药八珍汤化裁方。结果观察组治愈率为70.83%高于对照组35.42%（P＜0.05）。观察组无效率0低于对照组27.08%（P＜0.05）。结论中西医结合治疗产后尿潴留能够提高患者的临床治疗效果，同时利于产妇的产后恢复，是目前临床治疗产后尿潴留的一种较为理想的疗法。

목적：관찰중서의결합치료산후뇨저류적림상료효。방법산후뇨저류환자96례，수궤분위관찰조화대조조각48례。량조균급여신사적명기주，관찰조가용중약팔진탕화재방。결과관찰조치유솔위70.83%고우대조조35.42%（P＜0.05）。관찰조무효솔0저우대조조27.08%（P＜0.05）。결론중서의결합치료산후뇨저류능구제고환자적림상치료효과，동시리우산부적산후회복，시목전림상치료산후뇨저류적일충교위이상적요법。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Integrative postpartum urinary retention. Methods Postpartum urinary retention in 96 patients were randomly divided into two groups and the control group of 48 cases. Both groups were given intramuscular neostigmine observation group with Bazhen Tang CD party. Results Observation group the cure rate was 70.83%higher than 35.42%(P<0.05). Inefifciency 0 observation group than the control group 27.08% (P <0.05). Conclusion Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of postpartum urinary retention can signiifcantly improve the patient's clinical curative effect, at the same time conducive to maternal postpartum recovery, is one of the clinical treatment of postpartum urinary retention of an ideal therapy.
