膨胀纤维混凝土是一种将纤维膨胀剂与其他材料一起拌和形成的新型混凝土,具有较强的耐久性。为修补水工混凝土中大面积的蜂窝与孔洞等缺陷,通过凿除试件中缺陷混凝土,以便形成形状与深度都相同的方形凹槽,并且应用正交法设计得到比原混凝土级配低一级、强度高一级的膨胀纤维混凝土进行缺陷修补。试验分析了膨胀纤维掺量、粉煤灰掺量、减水剂掺量与砂率对膨胀纤维混凝土耐久性的影响,并确定最佳配合比以获得最佳耐久性能。结果表明:修补后的混凝土在耐久性方面得到了较大的改善;纤维膨胀剂是影响新型膨胀纤维混凝土耐久性能的最重要因素,但纤维膨胀剂用量并不是越多越好。

Expansive and fiber concrete has strong durability,and it is a kind of concrete which mixes fiber expansion agent and other materi-al together to form a new type of concrete. In hydraulic concrete for repairing large area honeycomb and holes and other defects,by chiseling defect specimens of concrete,so as to form a square groove shape and depth of the same,and orthogonal test was used to design smaller gra-dation and higher strength grade of expansive concrete to repair defects. It analyzed the influence of different amount of fly ash,dosage of ex-pansive agent,water-reducing admixture and sand ratio on durability of expansive and fiber concrete,and recommended the best mix ratio for the best durability. The results show that concrete after repairing has been improved greatly in terms of durability;expansive and fiber agent is the most important factor in durability of the new expansive and fiber concrete,but the dosage of expansive and fiber agent is not the more the better.
