为解决高速调频电动机用油膜轴承在突发工况条件下的油膜振荡和油膜涡动问题,分析了可控径向动压油膜轴承的工作原理,建立了油膜轴承-弹性转子系统的力学模型,研究了控制相位和增益改变对系统突发工况下冲击载荷造成的影响。结果表明:在突发工况下,该可控油膜轴承能够显著减小系统的油膜振荡和涡动。
為解決高速調頻電動機用油膜軸承在突髮工況條件下的油膜振盪和油膜渦動問題,分析瞭可控徑嚮動壓油膜軸承的工作原理,建立瞭油膜軸承-彈性轉子繫統的力學模型,研究瞭控製相位和增益改變對繫統突髮工況下遲擊載荷造成的影響。結果錶明:在突髮工況下,該可控油膜軸承能夠顯著減小繫統的油膜振盪和渦動。

In order to solve oil film whip and whirl problems about oil film bearings for high -speed frequency modula-tion motor under emergency condition,the operating principle is analyzed for controllable radial oil film bearings.The mechanical model is established for oil film bearing -elastic rotor system,and the influence of control phase and gain change on impact load is studied under emergency condition.The results show that the controllable oil film bearings can effectively reduce oil film whip and whirl.
